In these cases, we work on a consultancy basis and our commission is payable by the client unless otherwise agreed. Our goal is to ensure you secure the right space on the right terms, with clear and transparent support throughout.

We introduce clients to off-market commercial property opportunities in key international locations, such as office spaces, hotels, and investment-grade commercial assets.

These introductions are made directly to sellers, owners, or their appointed agents. We do not act as agents, negotiators, or financial advisors — our role is limited to making introductions.

Commission is only payable upon successful completion of a transaction and is agreed in writing in advance. It may be paid by the buyer, seller, or a third-party agency, depending on the nature of the deal.

We are not authorised or regulated to carry out estate agency services outside of the United Kingdom.
